Inspired by the light I saw on her instagram feed and my need (sounds dramatic but I can only call it that or maybe a desire ) to shoot some film I dropped Carolyn from Adore Weddings a message to shoot some film in her studio. It turned out to be more of a shoot for the soul for both of us. Intentional shooting only, I only had three rolls of film, chatting about the flowers and how we’re inspired by the world around us and how much more there is to everything, flowers, photographs, family, love…. I left feeling like I had really fed my spirit what it needed and couldn’t wait to see the results. It’s all an experiment for me. I haven’t shot film for years, and this was the first time I had shot a full shoot just on film. I dropped these off for developing on my way home… and got the back from the lab yesterday. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do…
